I recently spent a week at Zilina, and I can confidently say that it exceeded my already high expectations. From the moment I arrived, the attentive staff made me feel welcomed, checking in smoothly and providing clear instructions. The room, while showing some signs of wear, was still comfortable and clean, with fresh towels and a functional flat-screen TV that added a touch of convenience to my stay. I was particularly impressed when the hotel staff went above and beyond by returning a few forgotten belongings, demonstrating their commitment to excellent guest service. Zilina provided a peaceful and enjoyable experience, and I look forward to returning on my next visit.
